Being a realtor for the past 20+ years has been a wonderful experience; I have met people who share the same interests as I do- doting on my grandchildren, loving all animals, enjoying gardening and enjoying all aspects of real estate. I not only sell real estate but I believe in investing in homes, lake lots, etc as a hedge against future inflation. A lifelong resident of the greater Columbia area, I try not to take sides at our most popular football game-Clemson versus USC, since I graduated from USC and my dad graduated from Clemson and both of my daughters have degrees from USC. Teaching has been my love. I have taught handicapped children, have taught preschoolers and have taught Bible school. Throughout my life my philosophy has been to abide by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you ; I always tried to instill this philosophy in my children, my grandchildren and all of my students.
